    Dr. Aaron Gaily established The Back and Neck Pain Center in the fall of 2003, evolving a solo practice into one of Monterey County’s most respected chiropractic offices. A proud Monterey Peninsula native, Dr. Gaily grew up in Carmel Valley and attended local public schools before pursuing a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Northern Arizona University. He later earned his Doctorate from the Southern California University of Health Sciences. His commitment to excellence has earned the practice "Best Chiropractor" honors from the Monterey County Weekly, The Monterey Herald, and the Carmel Pine Cone.

    Beyond his clinical expertise as a chiropractor, Dr. Gaily is a dedicated coach who applies the same principles of performance and recovery to his patients as he does to his athletes. He served as the Head Coach for Carmel High Boys Water Polo for over a decade. Today, he continues his community involvement through youth basketball, currently coaching for the "Seaside’s Finest" AAU club. When he is not in the office or on the court, Dr. Gaily enjoys CrossFit, golf, and hiking with his family in Monterey, CA.

Born in Lancaster, Ohio, she traveled extensively as a military spouse before settling into her calling in holistic health. She holds a Holistic Health Practitioner Certification, a BA in Business, and is also a licensed Esthetician.

    Specializing in deep tissue, prenatal, and therapeutic massage, Debbie combines technical skill with genuine compassion to help clients reduce pain, restore mobility, and support overall wellness. Her warm, nurturing approach makes every session both healing and rejuvenating.
    When she’s not in the treatment room, Debbie is a proud grandmother of five (and their personal Uber driver), stays active with regular workouts at the gym, and continues to find deep fulfillment in the healing power of touch.

    Adrienne has been the operational heart of the practice for eighteen years. After meeting Dr. Gaily at Northern Arizona University and initially pursuing a career as a teacher, she took a leap of faith to help build the family business from the ground up. Today, she manages all behind-the-scenes operations and ensures the office runs with professional precision. Outside of her multifaceted role at the center, Adrienne stays busy keeping up with her two children’s activities and maintains her own health through running and hiking.

    Originally from LeRoy, New York, Meg has called the Monterey Peninsula home for the past decade and has become an essential part of our practice and local community. As Front Desk Manager, she brings calm, confident leadership and exceptional organizational skills to the front office, ensuring smooth daily operations while creating a warm, welcoming environment for every patient and team member.
    Meg’s friendly demeanor and attentive care help patients feel supported from the moment they walk through the door. Whether coordinating schedules, answering questions, or solving last-minute challenges, she keeps everything running efficiently with professionalism and a smile.
    When she’s not at the office, Meg enjoys exploring the scenic coastal trails of Big Sur, relaxing on the beach with her three children, and getting lost in a great book.

    With a friendly smile and genuine care for others, Dawn is the first point of contact for our patients. She brings positive energy and a calm, organized presence to the front desk, making sure every patient feels valued and supported from the moment they walk in.
    In her free time, Dawn loves visiting family and friends back in Southern California, spending time outdoors, watching and playing sports, and discovering all the wonderful activities the Monterey area has to offer.
